RESOLUTION

of 11 February 2009 No. 7/3

On Amending and Supplementing the Resolution of the Board of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic of 19 March 2005 No. 6/2 "On Approval of the New Edition of the Regulation "On the Supervisory Committee of the NBKR", Registered with the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic on 21 April 2005, Registration Number 55-05

In accordance with Article 43 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "On the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic", the Board of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic resolves:

1. To introduce into the resolution of the Board of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic of 19 March 2005 No. 6/2 "On Approval of the New Edition of the Regulation "On the Supervisory Committee of the NBKR", registered with the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic on 21 April 2005, registration number 55-05, the amendments and supplement in accordance with the annex to this resolution.

2. The Supervision and Licensing Methodology Department, together with the Legal Department, shall in the established procedure send this resolution for state registration to the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic.

3. This resolution enters into force after state registration with the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic and subsequent official publication.

4. After publication of the registered normative legal act, the Legal Department shall inform the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic of the source of publication (name of the publication, its number and date).

5. Control over the execution of this resolution shall be assigned to the Deputy Chairman of the NBKR Bokontaev K.K.

AMENDMENTS AND SUPPLEMENT

to the resolution of the Board of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic of 19 March 2005 No. 6/2 "On Approval of the New Edition of the Regulation "On the Supervisory Committee of the NBKR", Registered with the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic on 21 April 2005, Registration Number 55-05

To introduce into the Regulation "On the Supervisory Committee of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic", approved by the resolution of the Board of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic of 19 March 2005 No. 6/2 "On Approval of the New Edition of the Regulation "On the Supervisory Committee of the NBKR", registered with the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic on 21 April 2005, registration number 55-05, the following amendments and supplement:

1. Subparagraph c) of paragraph 2.2 shall be restated as follows:

"c) approval for the positions of chairman of the board of a bank and deputy(ies) of the chairman of the board responsible for lending activity, head of the internal audit service (department), chief accountant".

2. Subparagraph d) of paragraph 2.2 shall be restated as follows:

"d) preliminary approval of a new name of a bank".

3. Paragraph 2.2 shall be supplemented with subparagraph l) as follows:

"l) introduction of amendments to the threshold values of criteria and/or introduction of new/abolition of existing criteria of significance of banks;".

4. Subparagraph l) of paragraph 2.2 shall be considered subparagraph m) accordingly.
