RESOLUTION

of March 19, 2014 No. 9/6

On Amending and Supplementing the Resolution of the Board of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic "On Approval of the Regulation 'On the Overnight Credit of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic'" No. 10/7 of March 28, 2013

In accordance with Articles 7 and 43 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "On the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic", the Board of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic

RESOLVES:

1. To introduce into the Resolution of the Board of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic "On Approval of the Regulation 'On the Overnight Credit of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic'" No. 10/7 of March 28, 2013, the amendments and supplements (attached).

2. To the Legal Department:

• publish this resolution on the official website of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic;

• after official publication, send this resolution to the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic for inclusion in the State Register of Normative Legal Acts of the Kyrgyz Republic.

3. This resolution enters into force upon the expiration of 15 days from the day of official publication.

4. To the Monetary Operations Department to bring this resolution to the attention of commercial banks, the relevant structural subdivisions of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic, regional departments and the representative office of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic in Batken Oblast.

5. To assign control over the execution of this resolution to the Deputy Chairman of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic B.Zh. Zheenbayev.

Amendments and Supplements to the Resolution of the Board of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic "On Approval of the Regulation

'On the Overnight Credit of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic'" No. 10/7 of March 28, 2013

To introduce into the Resolution of the Board of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic "On Approval of the Regulation 'On the Overnight Credit of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic'" No. 10/7 of March 28, 2013, the following amendments and supplements:

in the Regulation "On the Overnight Credit of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic", approved by the above-mentioned resolution:

• in paragraph 5, the second and third sentences shall be restated as follows:

"The subject of collateral in the form of a pledge shall be government securities of the Kyrgyz Republic (hereinafter - GTS). The requirements for the sufficiency ratio (in percentage terms), type and other parameters of collateral in the form of GTS shall be established by the KDKR.";

• the third paragraph of paragraph 15 shall be supplemented with a sentence as follows:

"An overnight credit may be granted to a bank under conservatorship or temporary management for the management of the bank if there is a corresponding decision of the Board of the National Bank;".
