RESOLUTION

of August 17, 2012 No. 34/5

On amending the Regulation on requirements for the Chart of Accounts in commercial banks and other financial and credit institutions of the Kyrgyz Republic, approved by Resolution of the Board of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic of December 20, 2007 No. 54/9, registered with the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic on January 25, 2008, registration number 4-08

In accordance with Articles 7 and 43 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "On the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic", the Board of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic

RESOLVES:

1. To amend the Regulation on requirements for the Chart of Accounts in commercial banks and other financial and credit institutions of the Kyrgyz Republic (attached).

2. To publish this Resolution on the official website of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic.

3. After official publication, the Legal Department shall send this Resolution to the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic for inclusion in the State Register of Regulatory Legal Acts of the Kyrgyz Republic.

4. This Resolution shall enter into force one month after its official publication.

5. To assign control over the execution of this Resolution to the Deputy Chairman of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic, Chokoev Z.L.

AMENDMENT to the Regulation on requirements for the Chart of Accounts in commercial banks and other financial and credit institutions of the Kyrgyz Republic, approved by Resolution of the Board of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic of December 20, 2007 No. 54/9, registered with the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic on January 25, 2008, registration number 4-08

To introduce the following amendment to the Regulation on requirements for the Chart of Accounts in commercial banks and other financial and credit institutions of the Kyrgyz Republic, approved by Resolution of the Board of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic No. 54/9 of December 20, 2007 "On the approval of the Regulation on requirements for the Chart of Accounts in commercial banks and other financial and credit institutions of the Kyrgyz Republic", registered with the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic on January 25, 2008, registration number 4-08:

• in paragraph 1.3 of Chapter 1, replace the words "in compliance with the requirements of this Regulation" with the words "taking into account the requirements of this Regulation and other regulatory legal acts of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic".
