On recognizing as invalid the resolution

of the Board of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan

dated April 21, 2020 No. 55 "On approval of the List

of open data of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan,

published on the internet portal of open data"

In accordance with paragraph 2 of Article 27 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Legal Acts", the Board of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan RESOLVES:

1. Recognize as invalid Resolution of the Board of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 21, 2020 No. 55 "On approval of the List of open data of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan, published on the internet portal of open data" (registered in the Registry of State Registration of Regulatory Legal Acts under No. 20481).

2. To the Department of Financial Market Statistics (A.M. Buranbaeva), in the manner established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, to ensure:

1) together with the Legal Department (S.A. Kasenov) the state registration of this resolution in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this resolution on the official Internet resource of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its official publication;

3) within ten working days after the state registration of this resolution, submission to the Legal Department of information on the implementation of the measure provided for in subparagraph 2) of this paragraph.

3. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution[1] on the Deputy Chairman of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan A.M. Baimagambetov.

4. This resolution shall enter into force upon the expiration of ten calendar days from the day of its first official publication.
