On Approval of the Rules for Submission of Reporting on Bank Accounts (Deposits) by Second-Level Banks, Branches of Non-Resident Banks of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Joint Stock Company "Bank of Development of Kazakhstan" and the National Post Operator

In accordance with subparagraph 48) of paragraph 2 of part 2 of paragraph 19 of the Regulation on the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan, approved by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 31, 2003 No. 1271 "On Approval of the Regulation and Structure of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan", and subparagraph 2) of paragraph 3 of Article 16 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On State Statistics", the Board of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan RESOLVES:

1. Approve the attached Rules for Submission of Reporting on Bank Accounts (Deposits) by Second-Level Banks, Branches of Non-Resident Banks of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Joint Stock Company "Bank of Development of Kazakhstan" and the National Post Operator.

2. Recognize as having lost force the Resolution of the Board of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated May 22, 2025 No. 26 "On Approval of the List, Forms, Deadlines and Rules for Submission of Reporting on Bank Accounts (Deposits) by Second-Level Banks, Branches of Non-Resident Banks of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Joint Stock Company "Bank of Development of Kazakhstan" and the National Post Operator" (registered in the Registry of State Registration of Normative Legal Acts under No. 36312).

3. The Department of Financial Market Statistics of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan shall ensure in the manner established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) jointly with the Legal Department of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the state registration of this Resolution in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) publication of this Resolution on the official Internet resource of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its official publication;

3) within ten working days after the state registration of this Resolution, submission to the Legal Department of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan of information on the execution of the measure provided for in subparagraph 2) of this paragraph.

4. Control over the execution of this Resolution shall be entrusted to the Deputy Chairman of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan in charge.

5. This Resolution shall enter into force upon the expiration of ten calendar days after the day of its first official publication.

Rules for Submission of Reporting on Bank Accounts (Deposits) by Second-Level Banks, Branches of Non-Resident Banks of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Joint Stock Company "Bank of Development of Kazakhstan" and the National Post Operator

Chapter 1. General Provisions

1. The Rules for Submission of Reporting on Bank Accounts (Deposits) by Second-Level Banks, Branches of Non-Resident Banks of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Joint Stock Company "Bank of Development of Kazakhstan" and the National Post Operator (hereinafter - the Rules) are developed in accordance with subparagraph 48) of paragraph 2 of part 2 of paragraph 19 of the Regulation on the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan, approved by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 31, 2003 No. 1271 "On Approval of the Regulation and Structure of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan", subparagraph 2) of paragraph 3 of Article 16 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On State Statistics" and determine the procedure for submitting to the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (hereinafter - the National Bank) reporting on bank accounts (deposits) by second-level banks, branches of non-resident banks of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Joint Stock Company "Bank of Development of Kazakhstan" and the National Post Operator (hereinafter - the deposit organization), including forms intended for the collection of administrative data, the frequency and deadlines for their submission.

2. The following terms and definitions are used in the Rules:

1) updating of information - submission of current information and data when the deposit organization establishes the fact of change and/or addition of previously submitted information and data;

2) alternative identification number (AIN) - a code identifying the owner of a bank account (deposit) in the deposit organization, in the absence of an individual identification number or business identification number formed in accordance with Article 9 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On National Registers of Identification Numbers";

3) deposit register - a digital database of bank accounts (deposits) containing information submitted to the National Bank by deposit organizations;

4) de-personalized identification number (DIN) - the result of cryptographic transformation of the individual identification number of a physical person and/or an individual entrepreneur carrying out activities in the form of a sole proprietorship, meeting the requirements for cryptographic protection of information;

5) reporting date - the date as of which the deposit organization has recorded information in the reporting submitted to the National Bank;

6) deposit - a bank deposit or deposit in an Islamic bank.

Chapter 2. Procedure for Submission of Reporting

3. The deposit organization submits reporting on bank accounts (deposits) and each separate report included in its composition (hereinafter - reporting) in electronic form to the National Bank via the digital system of the National Bank intended for the collection of reporting on bank accounts (deposits) in the form of indicators in the established format (hereinafter - DS NB RK).

When uploading reporting (each separate report) into the DS NB RK, compliance of the information and data in the submitted reports with the requirements of the Rules is checked (hereinafter - intra-form control). In case of errors detected during intra-form control, the corresponding report is not accepted.

The date of completion of reporting submission for the reporting period is the actual date of the last upload into the DS NB RK of information for the corresponding reporting period that has passed intra-form control.

4. Signing of reporting with an electronic digital signature of the head or the person entrusted with the function of signing reporting is carried out no later than the third working day from the date of completion of monthly reporting submission.

5. The completeness and accuracy of data in reporting are ensured by the head of the deposit organization or another person entrusted with the function of signing reporting.

6. Information and data on owners of bank accounts (deposits) (hereinafter - account owner), bank account (deposit) agreements, bank accounts and transactions therein, submitted as part of reporting, are formed, updated and accumulated in the deposit register as information is received. When updating information, previously submitted information is preserved in the history of the deposit register.

7. Information and data, as well as changes thereto, are submitted within the deadlines established in the form for the corresponding report. For reporting submitted as data is received or changed, the reporting date cannot be later than the date following the day of receipt or change of the corresponding information by the deposit organization.

In the event of the need to make changes to previously submitted information, corrections are made to the reporting date on which the information was previously submitted.

8. Second-level banks and the National Post Operator submit reporting to the National Bank, including information and data on all their branches.

9. For the purpose of protecting personal data, when transferring information about a physical person-account owner, including an individual entrepreneur carrying out activities in the form of a sole proprietorship, and having an individual identification number (hereinafter - IIN), the deposit organization transmits the DIN as an identifier.

The DIN is formed by the deposit organization according to its own algorithm provided that the uniqueness and immutability of the DIN in one deposit organization for all periods of servicing the account owner in it is ensured. At the same time, the following are not allowed:

1) easily computable algorithms that allow reverse transformation of the DIN into the IIN of a physical person by third parties;

2) algorithms ensuring the formation of DIN, explicitly containing the IIN (for example, in a direct sequence of digits, in reverse order, in mixed form, repeatedly).

To ensure support for the uniqueness of DIN, taking into account security needs, the length of the DIN indicator must be not less than 15 (fifteen) characters and not more than 64 (sixty-four) characters.

The deposit organization ensures the development or selection of the algorithm, and the procedure for its application in accordance with Article 17 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Personal Data and Their Protection".

10. For account owners for whom there is no business identification number (hereinafter - BIN) or IIN, the AIN is transmitted as an identifier, which the deposit organization uses to identify the account owner in its own banking digital systems. The AIN code determined by the deposit organization for the account owner must ensure unambiguous identification of the account owner and information on his bank accounts (deposits) in the digital systems of the deposit organization, as well as the uniqueness and immutability of the code for all periods of servicing the account owner in this deposit organization.

For the purpose of protecting personal data, the AIN code determined by the deposit organization for a physical person, including an individual entrepreneur carrying out activities in the form of a sole proprietorship, must not explicitly contain personal data of the account owner.

11. The deposit organization ensures the opportunity to promptly provide information on the correspondence of DINs to individual identification numbers and AIN codes to the surname, first name, and patronymic (if any) upon requests from the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Regulation and Development of the Financial Market, the National Bank and the Joint Stock Company "Kazakhstan Deposit Insurance Fund" for the implementation of their powers defined in Article 14 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On State Regulation, Control and Supervision of the Financial Market and Financial Organizations", Article 70 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan" and subparagraph 8) of paragraph 1 of Article 7 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Mandatory Insurance of Deposits Placed in Second-Level Banks of the Republic of Kazakhstan".

When executing these requests, information on the correspondence of DINs to individual identification numbers and AIN codes to surnames, first names, and patronymics (if any) is transmitted by the deposit organization via secure communication channels that exclude the possibility of integration with the DS NB RK.

12. The tenge equivalent for amounts in foreign currency for the corresponding date is calculated at the market exchange rate determined in accordance with paragraph 2 of the Rules for Determination of the Market Exchange Rate, approved by the joint Resolution of the Board of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated September 26, 2025 No. 56 and the Order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated September 29, 2025 No. 544 "On Approval of the Rules for Determination of the Market Exchange Rate" (registered in the Registry of State Registration of Normative Legal Acts under No. 36983).

13. In the event of suspension (termination) of activities in the financial sector, the deposit organization continues to submit reporting until the termination of the right of claim of the owner of a bank account (deposit) against the corresponding deposit organization.

14. In the absence of information, the deposit organization submits to the National Bank the corresponding notification (letter) in electronic form, signed by the head of the deposit organization, no later than the deadline for submitting reporting established by the Rules. In the absence of the possibility of submitting a notification (letter) in electronic form, its submission in paper form is allowed.

Chapter 1. General Provisions

1. This Explanation (hereinafter - the Explanation) defines uniform requirements for filling out the form intended for the collection of administrative data on a gratuitous basis, "Report on the Owner of a Bank Account (Deposit)" (hereinafter - the Form).

2. The Form is signed by the head of the second-level bank, branch of a non-resident bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Joint Stock Company "Bank of Development of Kazakhstan" and the National Post Operator (hereinafter - the deposit organization) submitting reporting on bank accounts (deposits) and each separate report included in its composition (hereinafter - reporting) to the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (hereinafter - the National Bank), or another person entrusted with the function of signing the report.

3. When filling out the Form, codes are indicated in accordance with the codes of the digital resource used for data processing (hereinafter - the System List of Data), posted in the digital system of the National Bank intended for the collection of reporting on bank accounts (deposits) in the form of indicators in the established format (hereinafter - DS NB RK), via which the Form is submitted.

Dates in the Form are indicated in the format: "DD.MM.YYYY", where "DD" - day, "MM" - month, "YYYY" - year.

4. Indicators of the Form are mandatory for filling out, unless otherwise specified in the Explanation.

Chapter 2. Explanation for Filling out the Form

5. The following System Lists of Data are used when filling out the Form:

Type of identification number;

Gender;

Sign of residency;

Countries;

Capital, regions and cities of republican significance;

Code of the economic sector.

6. The Form indicates information about the owner of a bank account (deposit) (hereinafter - account owner) who is a resident or non-resident of the Republic of Kazakhstan, a physical person, including an individual entrepreneur carrying out activities in the form of a sole or joint proprietorship, or a legal entity, an international financial organization, an organization without legal personality (hereinafter - legal entity).

7. When changing information on a specific indicator, the corresponding information must be updated to the reporting date.

8. In rows 1.1, 5, 6, 7, 9, the indicators are mandatory for filling out, values are selected from the System Lists of Data.

9. In rows 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, no more than one actual value corresponds to one account owner.

10. In rows 1.1 and 1.2, when filling out the indicators of the account owner identifier, the type of identification number and the identification number must be indicated.

For account owners who are physical persons, including individual entrepreneurs carrying out activities in the form of a sole proprietorship, having an individual identification number (hereinafter - IIN), the DIN must be indicated in row 1. In the absence of an IIN for a physical person, the AIN is indicated.

For account owners who are legal entities or individual entrepreneurs carrying out activities in the form of joint entrepreneurship, the business identification number (hereinafter - BIN) must be indicated, or in the absence thereof, the AIN.

It is not allowed to indicate only the AIN of the account owner, for whom the deposit organization has information about the presence of an IIN or BIN.

Upon receipt of an IIN or BIN by the account owner after his initial identification in the digital systems of the deposit organization by the AIN code, it is allowed to simultaneously reflect two identifiers (AIN together with BIN or DIN) to ensure their interrelatedness in the digital systems of the deposit organization.

11. In row 2, for an account owner who is a physical person or an individual entrepreneur carrying out activities in the form of a sole proprietorship, the value "1" must be indicated.

12. In row 3, for an account owner who is an individual entrepreneur carrying out activities in the form of joint entrepreneurship, the value "1" must be indicated.

13. In rows 4 and 5, the indicators are mandatory for filling out for an account owner who is a physical person or an individual entrepreneur carrying out activities in the form of a sole proprietorship, having an IIN, and for whom the DIN identifier is indicated in row 1.

14. In row 6, for an account owner who is a resident of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the value "1" is indicated, and for an account owner who is a non-resident of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the value "2" is indicated.

The residency of the account owner is determined based on paragraphs 3 and 4 of Article 1 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Currency Regulation and Currency Control".

15. In row 7, the code of the country of citizenship (registration) is indicated in accordance with the national classifier of the Republic of Kazakhstan NK RK ISO 3166-1-2016 "Codes for the representation of names of countries and units of their administrative-territorial divisions. Part 1. Country codes".

The indicator "Country of citizenship (registration)" is determined in accordance with the sign of residency of the account owner. For foreign citizens and stateless persons permanently residing in the Republic of Kazakhstan on the basis of a permit for permanent residence in the Republic of Kazakhstan, obtained in accordance with Article 4 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On the Legal Status of Foreigners", the country of registration is indicated as "Republic of Kazakhstan".

16. In row 8, the code of the capital, region or city of republican significance is indicated in accordance with the national classifier of the Republic of Kazakhstan NK RK 11-2025 "Classifier of Administrative-Territorial Objects", corresponding to the address of state registration of a legal entity or registration at the place of residence for a physical person, or, in the absence of such information, to the location of the account owner indicated when opening a bank account (deposit).

17. In row 9, the code of the economic sector is indicated according to the Rules for the Application of Economic Sector Codes and Payment Purposes, approved by the Resolution of the Board of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated August 31, 2016 No. 203 "On Approval of the Rules for the Application of Economic Sector Codes and Payment Purposes" (registered in the Registry of State Registration of Normative Legal Acts under No. 14365).

18. In row 10, the value "1" must be indicated for an account owner who belongs to persons connected with the deposit organization by special relations.

Persons connected with the deposit organization by special relations are determined in accordance with Article 49 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Banks and Banking Activity in the Republic of Kazakhstan".

19. In row 11, the date as of which information about the account owner is recorded must be indicated.

1. These instructions (hereinafter - Instructions) define the unified requirements for filling out the form for the collection of administrative data on a gratuitous basis, "Report on the bank account (deposit) contract" (hereinafter - Form).

2. The Form is signed by the head of the second-level bank, branch of a non-resident bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Joint Stock Company "Bank of Development of Kazakhstan" and National Post Operator (hereinafter - the deposit organization), submitting reporting on bank accounts (deposits) and each separate report included in its composition (hereinafter - reporting) to the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (hereinafter - the National Bank), or another person entrusted with the function of signing the report.

3. When filling out the Form, codes are indicated in accordance with the codes of the digital resource used for data processing (hereinafter - System List of Data), placed in the digital system of the National Bank intended for collecting reporting on bank accounts (deposits) in the form of indicators in the established format (hereinafter - CS NBK), through which the Form is submitted.

Dates in the Form are indicated in the format: "DD.MM.YYYY", where "DD" - day, "MM" - month, "YYYY" - year.

4. The indicators of the Form are mandatory for filling out, unless otherwise specified in the Instructions.

Chapter 2. Instructions for filling out the Form

5. When filling out the Form, the following System Lists of Data are used:

Type of identification number;

Type of account (deposit);

Conditions for early withdrawal of the deposit;

Intermediaries in attracting deposits;

Branches of the respondent.

6. The Form reflects information about all interactions of the deposit organization with the owner of the bank account (deposit) (hereinafter - account owner), arising between them by virtue of the bank account (deposit) contract.

Information is submitted for all bank account (deposit) contracts concluded in the reporting period and/or operating or ceasing to operate in the reporting period.

7. Upon changes in information on a specific indicator, the corresponding information must be updated as of the reporting date.

8. The link between the bank account (deposit) contract and the account owner in the CS NBK and the deposit register is established by the account owner identifier.

In case of a change in the account owner identifier, the updated account owner identifier must be indicated in rows 1.1 and 1.2.

9. In rows 1.1, 4.1, 9, 10, values are selected from the System Lists of Data.

10. In row 1, simultaneous reflection of several actual values of identifiers for one account owner is allowed.

11. In row 2, the value "1" is indicated if the bank account (deposit) contract is concluded with an individual entrepreneur for the purpose of carrying out entrepreneurial activity in the form of personal or joint entrepreneurship. One account owner and one bank account (deposit) contract correspond to no more than one actual value of the indicator in row 2.

12. In rows 3.1 and 3.2, the deposit organization ensures the indication of indicators that uniquely identify the bank account (deposit) contract concluded between the account owner and the deposit organization.

The indicators "bank account (deposit) contract number", "date of conclusion of the account (deposit) contract" serve as identifiers of the bank account (deposit) contract in the CS NBK and the deposit register, their combination must be unique for the deposit organization that submitted information about the bank account (deposit) contract and remain unchanged during the period of the bank account (deposit) contract.

If the internal documents of the deposit organization provide for the assignment of an identification number to the bank account (deposit) contract in the deposit organization's digital systems, the transmission of such identification number as the bank account (deposit) contract number is allowed.

In cases where debit payment cards are issued to one holder under a general contract for the issuance of payment cards, the indicator "bank account (deposit) contract number" allows indicating the number of the general contract for the issuance of payment cards and the number of the debit payment card using the "/" sign to separate them.

The date of the bank account (deposit) contract cannot be later than the date of closing according to the bank account (deposit) contract conditions, the actual date of closing the account (deposit) or the reporting date.

13. In rows 4.1, 4.2, 4.3, 4.4, 4.5, 5, 6, 7, 9, 10, one bank account (deposit) contract corresponds to no more than one actual value.

14. In row 4.1, the type of bank account (deposit) must be indicated, which is reflected and changed in accordance with the bank account (deposit) contract, taking into account additional agreements.

In the System List of Data used to fill out row 4.1, the value "Investment Deposits" is intended for Islamic banks.

Upon changes in the type of bank account (deposit) according to the bank account (deposit) contract conditions, taking into account additional agreements, the corresponding information must be updated.

For time and savings deposits, for which the term of the bank account (deposit) contract has expired and the deposit is not claimed by the account owner, in row 4.1, the type of bank account (deposit) "demand deposits" is indicated, if one of the following conditions is met:

1) the account owner has a debt on taxes and social payments and there are restrictions (collection orders, resolutions on suspension of expenditure operations) issued by the state revenue bodies on the bank account;

2) claims of third parties for withdrawal of funds from the bank account and/or seizure of funds located in the bank account have been presented to the bank account (deposit);

3) the bank extends this deposit on "demand deposit" terms;

4) the bank does not accrue remuneration after the expiration of the deposit term.

15. In row 4.2, the value "1" must be indicated if the bank account (deposit) contract involves the placement of funds in two or more currencies.

16. In row 4.3, for bank account (deposit) contracts whose conditions provide for the right to replenish, the value "1" must be indicated. The indicator is not filled out for current accounts and demand deposits.

17. In row 4.4, for bank account (deposit) contracts whose conditions provide for the right to partial withdrawal of funds, the value "1" must be indicated. The indicator is not filled out for current accounts and demand deposits.

18. Row 4.5 is mandatory for filling out for savings deposits and time deposits, for which conditions for penalties for early withdrawal of the entire or part of the deposit amount are provided.

Upon changes in the bank account (deposit) contract conditions regarding penalties for early withdrawal of the entire or part of the deposit amount, the corresponding information must be updated.

If the bank account (deposit) contract conditions provide for the application of differentiated conditions for early withdrawal of the entire or part of the deposit amount, the conditions for the minimum penalties for early withdrawal of the entire or part of the deposit amount are reflected.

The indicator is not filled out for current accounts, demand deposits and investment deposits.

In the absence of penalty conditions for early withdrawal of the entire (part of) the deposit amount, the indicator is not filled out.

19. Row 5 is intended to reflect the actual date of expiration of the bank account (deposit) contract, taking into account additional agreements.

Reflection of the expiration date of the bank account (deposit) contract is mandatory for time deposits, savings deposits and investment deposits. In other cases, the indicator is reflected if available.

The expiration date of the deposit according to the bank account (deposit) contract conditions cannot be earlier than or identical to the date of conclusion of the bank account (deposit) contract.

Upon changes in the expiration date of the deposit according to the bank account (deposit) contract conditions, the corresponding information must be updated.

20. In row 6, the deposit term is indicated in months, based on the conditions of the bank account (deposit) contract, taking into account additional agreements. Deposits for which terms are calculated in days are converted to a monthly value. The calculation of the monthly value is carried out in accordance with the accounting policy of the deposit organization.

The deposit term is indicated with 2 (two) decimal places. If the calculated deposit term has more than 1 (one) hundredth digit, it is rounded to hundredths as follows:

if the thousandth digit is greater than or equal to 5 (five), the hundredth digit is increased by 1 (one), all following digits are excluded;

if the thousandth digit is less than 5 (five), the hundredth digit remains unchanged, all following digits are excluded.

Reflection of the deposit term is mandatory for time deposits, savings deposits and investment deposits. In other cases, the indicator is reflected if available.

21. In row 7, the date of extension of the bank account (deposit) contract is indicated. In the absence of extension facts, the indicator is not filled out.

The date of extension of the bank account (deposit) contract cannot be earlier than the date of conclusion of the bank account (deposit) contract and later than the reporting date.

22. In row 8, the actual date of closing the bank account (deposit) contract is indicated.

The actual date of closing the bank account (deposit) contract cannot be earlier than the date of conclusion of the bank account (deposit) contract, identical to the reporting date or later than the reporting date.

23. In row 9, the indicator is mandatory for filling out for bank deposit contracts concluded with physical persons using intermediary services. Types of intermediaries are indicated by selecting a value from the System List of Data.

24. In row 10, the Business Identification Number (hereinafter - BIN) of the regional subdivision (branch) of the deposit organization, in which the bank account (deposit) is serviced, is indicated. If the account (deposit) is serviced at the location of the head organization of the deposit organization, the BIN of the deposit organization is indicated.

The System List of respondent branches is formed based on information about its branches submitted by the deposit organization and is updated as this information is received.

Chapter 1. General Provisions

1. These instructions (hereinafter - Instructions) define the unified requirements for filling out the form for the collection of administrative data on a gratuitous basis, "Report on the bank account" (hereinafter - Form).

2. The Form is signed by the head of the second-level bank, branch of a non-resident bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Joint Stock Company "Bank of Development of Kazakhstan" and National Post Operator (hereinafter - the deposit organization), submitting reporting on bank accounts (deposits) and each separate report included in its composition (hereinafter - reporting) to the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (hereinafter - the National Bank), or another person entrusted with the function of signing the report.

3. Monetary indicators in the Form are indicated in the format of a number with 2 (two) decimal places, in tenge (in equivalent in tenge), if the name of the indicator does not provide for indicating the cost in another currency.

Interest rates on bank accounts are reflected as an annual percentage rate in the format of a number with 2 (two) decimal places indicated (taking into account rounding), except for the annual effective interest rate, which is reflected with 1 (one) decimal place (taking into account rounding).

Rounding of the fractional part of the number to the required format is carried out as follows:

if the rounded fraction is greater than or equal to 5 (five), the preceding digit of the fractional part is increased by 1 (one), all following values are excluded;

if the rounded fraction is less than 5 (five), the preceding digit of the fractional part remains unchanged, all following values are excluded.

4. When filling out the Form, codes are indicated in accordance with the codes of the digital resource used for data processing (hereinafter - System List of Data), placed in the digital system of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan intended for collecting reporting on bank accounts (deposits) in the form of indicators in the established format (hereinafter - CS NBK), through which the Form is submitted.

Dates in the Form are indicated in the format: "DD.MM.YYYY", where "DD" - day, "MM" - month, "YYYY" - year.

5. The indicators of the Form are mandatory for filling out, unless otherwise specified in the Instructions.

Chapter 2. Instructions for filling out the Form

6. When filling out the Form, the following System Lists of Data are used:

Currency type;

Type of rate;

Name of the floating rate index;

Target purpose of the bank account.

7. The link between the bank account and the bank account (deposit) contract in the CS NBK and the deposit register is established by the number and date of conclusion of the bank account (deposit) contract.

8. Upon changes in information on a specific indicator, the corresponding information must be updated as of the reporting date.

9. In row 1, the number and date of conclusion of the bank account (deposit) contract are indicated.

The deposit organization ensures that the number and date of conclusion of the bank account (deposit) contract in the Form correspond to the number and date of conclusion of the bank account (deposit) contract indicated in the Report on the bank account (deposit) contract.

One bank account (deposit) contract can be linked to several bank accounts. Linking a bank account to several bank account (deposit) contracts is not allowed.

10. In row 2, the bank account reference is indicated, which is the identifier of the bank account in the CS NBK and the deposit register.

For investment deposits, as a bank account reference, a unique code used by the deposit organization to identify the investment deposit in its banking digital systems is indicated.

The deposit organization ensures the uniqueness and immutability of the bank account reference or investment deposit reference for all service periods in this deposit organization.

11. In rows 3, 4.1, 4.2, 8, values are selected from the System Lists of Data.

12. In rows 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, one bank account corresponds to no more than one actual value.

13. Rows 4.1, 4.2, 4.3, 4.4, 5 are not filled out for investment deposits.

14. In row 3, the type of currency of the bank account must be indicated by selecting a value from the System List of Data.

15. In row 4.1, the type of rate is indicated. The indicator is mandatory for filling out for a bank account on which remuneration is accrued in accordance with the conditions of the bank account (deposit) contract.

16. In rows 4.2 and 4.4, the indication of the name of the floating index and the fixed spread of the floating rate is mandatory for a bank account on which remuneration is accrued in accordance with the conditions of the bank account (deposit) contract.

17. In row 4.3, the indication of the rate size is mandatory for a bank account on which remuneration is accrued in accordance with the conditions of the bank account (deposit) contract.

18. In row 5, the indication of the remuneration rate size in a reliable annual effective comparable calculation is mandatory for a bank account on which remuneration is accrued in accordance with the conditions of the bank account (deposit) contract.

19. In rows 6 and 7, the amount of money balance in the bank account is indicated respectively upon its opening, at the moment of extension of the bank account (deposit) contract and at the moment of change of the remuneration rate according to the conditions of the bank account (deposit) contract. The amount is indicated without taking into account subsequent replenishment of the bank account.

For bank accounts opened for operations on assignment and division of deposits within housing construction savings, resulting in the opening of a new bank account, the account amount is reflected at the moment of assignment or division of deposits.

For a metal account, the volume of deposited metal in ounces is indicated.

If a bank account is opened without depositing money, the account amount is indicated as "0".

Row 6 is not filled out for bank accounts in the national currency.

In row 7, for a deposit in foreign currency, the equivalent of the amount in the national currency is indicated; for a deposit in the national currency, the amount in the national currency is indicated.

For row 7, the amount is indicated on the date of the foreign currency transaction.

Rows 6 and 7 are not filled out for current accounts, as well as for accounts for which the dates of opening, extension of the bank account (deposit) contract or change of the remuneration rate according to the conditions of the bank account (deposit) contract were earlier than January 1, 2025.

20. Line 8 is filled in if the bank account has a designated purpose specified in the System List of Data.

21. Line 9 indicates the actual date of account closure.

The actual date of closing a bank account cannot be earlier than the date of concluding the bank account (deposit) agreement, later than or identical to the reporting date, or later than the date of closing the bank account (deposit) agreement.

2. The Form is signed by the head of a level 2 bank, branch of a non-resident bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Joint Stock Company "Development Bank of Kazakhstan" and National Post Operator (hereinafter – deposit organization), submitting reporting on bank accounts (deposits) and each individual report included in its composition (hereinafter – reporting) to the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (hereinafter – National Bank), or another person assigned the function of signing the report.
3. Monetary indicators in the Form are indicated in the format of a number with 2 (two) decimal places, in tenge (in equivalent in tenge), unless the name of the indicator provides for indicating the cost in another currency.

For a bank account in foreign currency, balance amounts as of the reporting date are indicated in foreign currency and in equivalent in tenge.

Interest rates on accounts (deposits) are reflected as an annual percentage rate in the format of a number with 2 (two) decimal places taking into account rounding.

Rounding of the fractional part of a number to the required format is carried out as follows:

if the rounded fraction is greater than or equal to 5 (five), the preceding digit of the fractional part is increased by 1 (one), all following values are excluded;

if the rounded fraction is less than 5 (five), the preceding digit of the fractional part remains unchanged, all following values are excluded.

When filling in the Form, codes are indicated in accordance with the codes of the digital resource used for data processing (hereinafter – System List of Data), posted in the digital system of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan intended for collecting reporting on bank accounts (deposits) in the form of indicators in the established format (hereinafter – DS NB RK), via which the Form is submitted.

Dates in the Form are indicated in the format: "DD.MM.YYYY", where "DD" – day, "MM" – month, "YYYY" – year.

1. Indicators of the Form are mandatory for filling in, unless otherwise specified in the Explanation.

Chapter 2. Explanation for Filling in the Form

1. When filling in the Form, the System List of Data: "Balance Sheet Accounts (DEPOSIT)" is used.
2. The Form transmits information about money movement during the reporting period, about changes and current state of the deposit organization's obligations to owners of bank accounts (deposits) (hereinafter – account owner).

Information is submitted for all bank accounts opened during the reporting period and/or operating or ceasing to operate during the reporting period, including bank accounts with zero balances and/or zero turnovers.

Information on the Form indicators must be updated as of the reporting date.

The deposit organization ensures that the bank account reference indicated in the Form corresponds to the bank account reference indicated in the Bank Account Report.

1. Line 1 indicates the bank account reference, which is the identifier of the bank account in the DS NB RK and the deposit register. For investment deposits, as the bank account reference, a unique code used by the deposit organization to identify the investment deposit in its own banking digital systems is indicated.

The deposit organization ensures the uniqueness and immutability of the bank account reference or investment deposit reference for all service periods in this deposit organization.

1. Line 2.1 indicates the total amount of inflows, including the amount of capitalized interest on the account for the reporting month. At the same time, the return of money to accounts previously debited without the consent of the account owner for the purpose of debt repayment is not indicated.
2. Lines 2.3, 2.4, 6 are not filled in for investment deposits.
3. Line 2.2 indicates the amount of inflows to the bank account (excluding capitalization) for the reporting month after the date of deposit renewal without taking into account the amount in the bank account that was present at the moment of renewal of the bank deposit agreement.

For a deposit renewed more than 1 (one) time during the reporting month (deposits with a term of up to 1 (one) month inclusive), the amount of inflows is indicated from the date of the first renewal during the reporting month without taking into account the renewal amount.

1. Line 2.3 indicates the amount of inflows to the bank account (excluding capitalization) for the reporting month after the date of interest rate change on the account without taking into account the amount in the bank account that was present at the moment of interest rate change.

For an account, the interest rate on which was changed more than 1 (one) time during the reporting month, the amount of inflows is indicated from the date of the first interest rate change during the reporting month without taking into account the account amount that was present at the moment of interest rate change.

1. In lines 2.2 and 2.3, the amount of inflows to the account must be reflected in only one of the lines, in accordance with the earlier event. In the event that both renewal and interest rate change occurred in one period, the amount of inflows is reflected in the line corresponding to the earlier event.
2. Line 2.4 indicates the amount of capitalized interest for the reporting month on the account.
3. Line 3.1 indicates the total amount of outflows on the account for the reporting period.
4. Line 3.2 indicates the amount of maturity of deposits closed in the reporting month due to the expiration of the contract term.
5. Line 3.3 indicates the amount of maturity of deposits closed early in the reporting month.

For deposits opened as part of housing construction savings, outflows of money resulting from assignment or consolidation of deposits are included in the indicator in line 3.3.

1. Lines 3.2 and 3.3 are not filled in for current accounts, demand deposits and conditional deposits without an end date of the deposit term according to the terms of the account (deposit) agreement.
2. In lines 4.1 and 5.1, the numbers of the balance sheet accounts of the deposit organization, on which the amounts of the principal account balance and accrued interest are accounted for as of the reporting date, are indicated by selecting a value from the System List of Data.
3. In lines 4.2 and 4.3, the amount of the principal account balance in the corresponding currency is indicated. Line 4.3 is not filled in for bank accounts in national currency.
4. In lines 5.2 and 5.3, the amount of the accrued interest balance in the corresponding currency is indicated. Line 5.3 is not filled in for bank accounts in national currency.
5. Line 6 indicates the weighted average interest rate on the actual inflows to the account taking into account interest rate changes during the reporting period. For calculation, the nominal interest rate indicated in the bank account (deposit) agreement is used.
6. Line 7 must indicate the value "1" if there are decisions and/or orders of authorized state bodies and officials presented to the bank account (deposit) suspending spending operations on the bank account, third-party demands for withdrawal of money from the bank account and/or a lien placed on money located in its bank account.
