Report No. 1413-2026-SMV/08.2 issued by the Human Resources Unit (hereinafter referred to as HRU for these purposes), endorsed by the Administration Office, through which it proposes to update the trusted civil servants section of the Direct Contracting Registry (hereinafter DCR); CONSIDERING:
That, according to Article 1 of the Unified Text of the Organic Law of the National Supervisory Commission of Companies and Securities, now the Securities Market Superintendence (hereinafter, SMV) approved by Decree Law No. 26126 and its amendments, the SMV is a specialized technical body attached to the Ministry of Economy and Finance with legal personality of internal public law and enjoys functional, administrative, economic, technical and budgetary autonomy; That, by Supreme Decree No. 216-2011-EF and its amendments, the Organization and Functions Regulation (ROF) of the SMV was approved; That, by Executive Presidency Resolution No. 133- 2024-SERVIR-PE, the agreement of the Board of Directors of the National Civil Service Authority – SERVIR, adopted in Session No. 14-2024-CD, was formalized, through which the Entity's Position Chart - CPE of the Securities Market Superintendence is approved, with its last administration being through Human Resources Unit Resolution No. 014-2026-SMV/08.2; That, by Superintendent Resolution No. 016 2025-SMV/02 of January 31, 2025, the section on trusted civil servants of the Direct Contracting Registry (hereinafter DCR) of the SMV was approved; with its last update being carried out through Human Resources Unit Resolution No. 013 2026-SMV/08.2; That, pursuant to letter v) of Article 4 of Directive No. 002-2024-SERVIR-GDSRH, "Design and structure of positions and roles for the preparation, approval, administration and modification of the Entity's Position Chart," approved by Executive Presidency Resolution No. 000017-2024- SERVIR-PE, the Direct Contracting Registry is defined as: "(...) the planning and management document for the incorporation of positions/roles and roles that will be subject to direct contracting as long as it is projected that they will be occupied by trusted civil servants of the public entity and/or meet one of the PERÚ Ministry of Economy and Finance

In the case of staff with the status of trust, these are included regardless of their labor regime or contracting modality"; That, numeral 6.3 of Article 6 of Directive No. 005-2024-SERVIR-GDSRH "Direct contracting of positions under the civil service regime and maximum limit for temporary contracting," approved by Executive Presidency Resolution No. 000058-2024-SERVIR-PE, provides that it is the responsibility of the HRU to keep the DCR and the resolving acts approving it updated, published on the digital site of the public entity; On the other hand, Article 9 of Directive No. 005-2024- SERVIR-GDSRH establishes that the DCR "(...) is administered in phase 2 of the process of Transition to the Civil Service Law, corresponding to the transition of public servants to the Civil Service regime. The public entity prepares, administers and updates this document for the incorporation of positions and roles, through direct contracting", also mentioning that Annex No. 01 "Direct Contracting Registry", is composed of four (4) sections among which is the Section on trusted civil servants; That, pursuant to numeral 10.3 of Article 10 of Directive No. 005-2024- SERVIR-GDSRH, the HRU updates the DCR in its section on Trusted Civil Servants in accordance with numeral 10.2 of the aforementioned Directive, without affecting compliance with what is provided in Law No. 30057, Law No. 31419 and current regulations, under responsibility; That, in accordance with what is provided in numeral 6.4 of Article 6, letter g) of Article 26 and numeral 30.1 of Article 30 of the Directive No. 002 2024-SERVIR-GDSRH as well as in numeral 10.3 of Article 10 of Directive No. 005-2024 SERVIR-GDSRH; the updates that are made within the framework of the administration of the CPE and that do not affect compliance with the limits of trusted civil servants established in current regulations are approved by resolution of the Human Resources Office; That, by Superintendent Resolution No. 089 2026-SMV/02, of August 24, 2026, Mr. Jorge Luis Quiroz Gomero was appointed, under the regime of Law 30057 – Civil Service Law, to the position of Executive of the Finance Unit, position code CA40077; That, by virtue of the aforementioned appointment and for the reasons set forth in the document seen, in compliance with the regulatory framework indicated, with the endorsement of the Administration Office, it corresponds to update the section on trusted civil servants of the DCR of the entity considering the fields detailed in the
annex of this resolving act; Given the above and in accordance with the provisions cited of Directives Nos. 002 and 005-2024-SERVIR-GDSRH and, the Organization and Functions Regulation of the Securities Market Superintendence, approved by Supreme Decree No. 216-2011-EF and its amendments; RESOLVES:

Article 1.- Approve the update of the section
on trusted civil servants of the Direct Contracting Registry of the Securities Market Superintendence, according to the Annex that forms an integral part of this Resolution.
Article 2.- Order the publication of this Resolution on the Transparency Portal of the Securities Market Superintendence (www.smv.gob.pe) as well as on the Peruvian State Portal
(www.peru.gob.pe) with its respective Annex.
