On Amendments to the Regulation on the Procedure for Using Corporate Bank Cards in National Currency by Legal Entities

This resolution lost force in accordance with the Resolution of the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated March 10, 2021 No. 28/18 "On Recognizing as Invalid the Resolution 'On Approval of the Regulation on the Procedure for Using Corporate Bank Cards in National Currency by Legal Entities', as Well as Amendments to It" (reg. No. 1470-4 dated 03.04.2021).

In accordance with the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan", Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated October 30, 2018 No. UP-5564 "On Measures for Further Liberalization of Trade and Development of Competition in Commodity Markets" and Resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated May 14, 2018 No. PP-3724 "On Measures for Accelerated Development of Electronic Commerce" the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan resolves:

1. Amend the Regulation on the Procedure for Using Corporate Bank Cards in National Currency by Legal Entities, approved by Resolution of the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated March 12, 2005 No. 3-A/1 (reg. No. 1470 dated April 18, 2005) (Collection of Legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2005, No. 15-16, Art. 121), according to the Appendix.

2. This resolution enters into force from the day of its official publication.

APPENDIX

to the Resolution of the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated December 15, 2018 No. 39/22

Changes Introduced into the Regulation on the Procedure for Using Corporate Bank Cards in National Currency by Legal Entities

1. The second paragraph of Paragraph 8 shall be stated as follows:

"At the same time, the obtained originals of payment terminal receipts, electronic checks, receipts, messages and other methods allowing to identify the parties of the electronic commerce transaction, invoice (invoices), as well as other documents having corresponding details established by legislation serve, as reporting documents for the accounting of the legal entity.".

2. Paragraph 9 shall be stated as follows:

"9. For payments made via corporate bank card, originals of payment terminal receipts with attached payment documents of corresponding trade and service enterprises with the stamp "paid", including electronic checks, receipts, messages and other methods allowing to identify the parties of the electronic commerce transaction, invoice (invoices), as well as other documents established by legislation serve as reporting documents.".

3. Paragraph 10 shall be recognized as invalid.

4. These changes are coordinated with the Ministry of Finance, State Tax Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan and Association of Banks of Uzbekistan.
