Resolution on Amendments to the Regulation on the Procedure for Using Corporate Bank Cards in National Currency by Legal Entities
This resolution amends the Regulation on the Procedure for Using Corporate Bank Cards in National Currency by Legal Entities, approved by Resolution No. 3-A/1 of March 12, 2005. It revises Paragraph 8 to specify that original payment terminal receipts, electronic checks, invoices, and other documents with requisite details serve as accounting reporting documents, and updates Paragraph 9 to require original payment terminal receipts with a "paid" stamp, electronic checks, or invoices as reporting documents for corporate card payments. Paragraph 10 is repealed, and the changes were coordinated with the Ministry of Finance, State Tax Committee, and Association of Banks of Uzbekistan. The resolution entered into force upon official publication but lost force on April 3, 2021.
