The Board of the Bank of Lithuania approved the Rules for Handling the Public List of Crowdfunding Platform Operators, which define the procedure for including and removing operators from the list, the data contained therein, and handling requirements. Inclusion occurs within three working days of the Bank's decision, with notification provided to applicants within the same timeframe. The list must specify operator details such as legal name, code, address, contact information, and website links, with additional supervisory authority details required for entities established in other Member States. The resolution entered into force on 1 December 2016, and the application form was amended by Resolution No 03-226 to include data on managers and participants holding 20% or more of capital or voting rights.
