Resolution on Granting Exchange Office Branch License to Inessa LLC
The Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia issued Resolution No. 155-A to grant a foreign exchange purchase and sale license to Branch No. 1 of Inessa Limited Liability Company. The license, numbered 883, authorizes the branch to conduct operations at 7/17 H. Shirazi St., Masis, Ararat Marz, based on the Licensing and Supervision Committee's conclusion. This resolution enters into force the day following official notification to the company.
