Resolution on Granting Foreign Exchange License to REZON LLC
The Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia issued Resolution No. 173 A on 7 October 2025 to grant a license for foreign exchange purchase and sale to REZON Limited Liability Company. The decision follows the company's applications in September 2025 and a positive conclusion from the Licensing and Supervision Committee dated 1 October 2025. The license authorizes the company to conduct specified activities at its Yerevan address, with the resolution entering into force the day after delivery to the licensee.
