Resolution on Reissuing Banking Activity License No. 83 of Ards Shinbank CJSC
The Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia issued Resolution No. 204 A on 18 November 2025 to reissue banking activity license No. 83 to Ards Shinbank CJSC. This administrative action addresses the bank's reorganization from a joint-stock company to a closed joint-stock company and the subsequent change of its corporate name. The resolution was granted following the bank's petitions submitted in September, October, and November 2025 and the favorable conclusion of the Licensing and Supervision Committee.
