Resolution publishing Annex 5 of the resolution establishing the mechanism to guarantee payment of contributions on goods subject to estimated prices by the Ministry of Finance and Public Credit
The Ministry of Finance and Public Credit publishes Annex 5, which establishes estimated prices in US dollars for specific furniture and lighting appliance tariff headings to serve as a reference for guarantee amounts against potential tax underpayment. The estimated prices apply to goods such as wooden office furniture, computer workstations, mattresses, and LED lamps, with values ranging from $2.83 to $82.18 per commercial unit. This resolution enters into force the day following its publication in the Official Gazette of the Federation.
