Resolution reforming official formats for reporting the designation of the compliance officer, the integration of the Communication and Control Committee, and reporting relevant, unusual, and internal concerning operations
The Unit of Financial Intelligence amends the length of field 1.3 "Key of the obligated subject" in Annexes A, B, and C to a fixed alphanumeric length of 6 characters with the pattern 99-999. This modification applies to the official formats used by Financial Technology Institutions to report the designation of the compliance officer, the integration of the Communication and Control Committee, and the reporting of relevant, unusual, and internal concerning operations. The Resolution enters into force the day after its publication in the Official Gazette of the Federation.
