The resolution modifies the official format and business rules for reporting international fund transfers to align with ISO 20022 standards and include country/jurisdiction data. It updates field specifications for operation folios and renumbers layout fields 4 to 4.5 to capture detailed data on reporting persons, including physical and legal entities. Credit institutions are required to use the new MX format for operations performed on or after November 22, 2025, while maintaining MT format compatibility for prior operations.
