Resolution SBS No. 01944-2022: Application of Same Treatment to Repaid Credits Covered by the FAE-TURISMO Fund
The resolution establishes that for financial system companies, the portion of reprogramed credits covered by the Business Support Fund for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises of the Tourism Sector (FAE-TURISMO) receives the same regulatory treatment as reprogramed credits covered by the Business Support Fund for Micro and Small Enterprises (FAE-MYPE). It applies the exceptional limit of 50% of effective equity to the total coverage granted by FAE-TURISMO, regardless of whether the credits are reprogramed under Urgency Decree No. 004-2022. Additionally, it modifies the Accounting Manual for Financial System Companies, with the changes taking effect for information corresponding to June 2022.
