Resolution SBS No. 1158-2022 grants EDPYME entities a deadline of April 30, 2023, to complete the necessary corporate and registry acts to change their legal name to Credit Companies. This requirement follows Legislative Decree No. 1531, which replaced the EDPYME designation with Credit Companies and mandated that all legal references to the former entity be understood as referring to the latter. The resolution enters into force the day after its publication in the Official Gazette El Peruano.
