2020-03-27 | Resolución SBS 1266-2020Added
The resolution authorizes the Cooperative Deposit Insurance Fund (FSDC) to commence the collection of premiums from member Savings and Credit Cooperatives (COOPAC) in July 2020, deferring the initial payment period originally scheduled for April due to the national health emergency. It modifies the final complementary provision of Resolution SBS No. 5061-2018 to establish that premium collection will begin with information corresponding to the quarter ending in June 2020, payable within ten business days following the expiration of that month. This measure provides exceptional relief for COOPAC members during their first obligation to calculate and pay these premiums.
