Resolution SBS No. 2596-2022 modifies Report No. 36, "Detail by Operation of the Credit Portfolio," by clarifying specific fields and replacing the Credit Portfolio File with Trial Balance Reconciliation (CC01BC) to improve information quality. It establishes a monthly submission deadline of the 28th for this report, effective for August 2022 data due by September 28, 2022. Financial system companies must implement the field modifications and the new reconciliation format no later than the December 2022 reporting period, submitted by January 28, 2023. The resolution enters into force the day after its publication in the official newspaper El Peruano.
