CORRESPONDENT ATMS
Article 3.- Correspondent ATMs
These are service points that operate in fixed or mobile establishments, managed by an operator, whose purpose is to facilitate companies in providing certain financial operations and services for which they are authorized to perform.
A correspondent ATM operator is considered to be a natural or legal person, different from the companies, that operates the correspondent ATMs.
An aggregator of correspondent ATM operators is considered to be a legal person that performs the affiliation and administration of correspondent ATM operators.

The activity of a correspondent ATM does not imply any modification to the nature and regime of the operator in its main activity.
