Resolution SMV No. 007-2025-SMV/01
The Securities Market Superintendence (SMV) authorizes the public consultation for thirty (30) calendar days on draft modifications to the Intermediary Agents Regulation, the Mutual Funds Regulation, and the Investment Funds Regulation. The consultation period runs for thirty (30) calendar days starting the day after the resolution's publication in the Official Gazette El Peruano. Interested parties may submit comments and observations via email to Proymodreg@smv.gob.pe.
