The document amends the Second Transitory Article of the Resolution published on January 23, 2018, to extend the effective dates for specific Financial Information Standards (B-17, C-3, C-9, C-16, C-19, C-20, D-1, D-2, and D-5). These standards will enter into force on January 1, 2022, for entities subject to Annexes 1 and 5, and on January 1, 2023, for entities subject to Annex 4. This adjustment applies to general warehouses, exchange houses, regulated multiple-object financial societies, and credit unions to accommodate operational and resource constraints caused by the COVID-19 health contingency. The resolution entered into force the day following its publication in the Official Journal of the Federation on November 9, 2020.
