Returns in Respect of Agents and Salesmen
The Central Bank of Trinidad and Tobago requires all insurance companies to submit returns detailing their registered agents and salespersons as of December 31, 2020. The submission must include particulars for individuals, partnerships, and companies categorized as agents or salespersons. Insurers must provide this information in both electronic and hard copy formats to the Inspector of Financial Institutions no later than January 15, 2021.
