Revised Draft Corporate Governance Guideline
The Central Bank of Trinidad and Tobago issued a revised draft Corporate Governance Guideline to update its May 2007 standards. The document seeks feedback on proposed changes that reinforce board oversight and delineate specific roles for senior management and control functions. Comments on the draft must be submitted electronically to corporategovernance@central-bank.org.tt by August 3, 2020.
