Revised Timelines for the Overnight Lending Facility
The Bank of Zambia issued Circular No. 20/2013 to revise the operating hours for the Overnight Lending Facility (OLF) window. The new schedule advances the closing times for both morning and afternoon Open Market Operations sessions and shifts the OLF window to close at 15:45 Hours instead of 16:00 Hours. These revised timelines took effect immediately upon the issuance of the circular on September 6, 2013.
