Revision of the Cut-off Time for Standing Deposit Facility

You are hereby informed that, in terms of the RTGS System Circular No. 1 of 2026 issued by the Director, Payments and Settlements Department of Central Bank of Sri Lanka on 29 May 2026, cut-off time applicable for the Standing Deposit Facility (SDF) has been revised to 1600 hrs. with effect from 01 June 2026, while the cut-off time applicable for the Standing Lending Facility (SLF) remains unchanged at 1530 hrs.

Accordingly, this Circular hereby amends the Clause No. 31 of the Circular No. 01 of 2021 on Consolidated Operating Instructions issued by the Market Operations Department.

All participants are therefore requested to comply with the revised cut-off time for SDF.
