The MFSA has revised Part A of the MiFID Firms Quarterly Reporting, introducing a new Validation Sheet tab that must show all checks as green before submission. Licence Holders must now report innovation details, cross-border client numbers, digital onboarding percentages, complaint origins by jurisdiction, online language usage, and EU/EEA branch information. The updated document and amended Guidance Document are available on the MFSA website under the 'MiFID Firms Reporting Requirements' tab. Submissions must be filed within 42 days after the reporting period ends via the LH Portal using the specified naming convention.
