Revocation of Bank Indonesia Circular Letter Number 29/02/UPPB concerning State Revenue Deposits
Bank Indonesia issued Circular Letter No. 13/25/DPNP to formally revoke Circular Letter No. 29/02/UPPB dated 31 July 1996 regarding the procedures for state revenue deposits and sanctions. This revocation is necessitated by amendments to the Bank Indonesia Act and changes in organizational stipulations that have invalidated the previous regulatory basis. The revocation officially took effect on 25 November 2011, rendering the 1996 circular no longer valid.
