Revocation of Circular PI-PF-CIR-01
The Registrar of Pension Funds revokes Circular no. PI/PF/CIR/01/2015 with immediate effect. This action applies to all registered pension fund organizations under the Pension Funds Act No. 24 of 1956. The revocation addresses stakeholder concerns regarding the implementation of rules pertaining to approved bills, bonds, securities, loans, institutions, and countries. The Registrar reserves the right to issue a replacement circular when deemed necessary.
