Revoking Foreign Exchange Trading License No. 525 for Armenia Hotel Complex
The Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia issued Resolution No. 65 A on April 22, 2025, to revoke the foreign exchange trading license held by the "Armenia" Hotel Complex. This action follows a voluntary application submitted by the Closed Joint-Stock Company on April 9, 2025, requesting the cancellation of License No. 525. The resolution becomes effective the day following proper notification to the licensee.
