Rulebook on Tied Agents
The Rulebook establishes detailed conditions for tied agents to carry out their activities, including the procedure for registration in the Register of Tied Agents. It sets specific requirements regarding the competence and good repute of individuals performing these activities, as well as the methods for maintaining the Register. The regulation entered into force on 27 June 2026.
