Authorized Dealers may provide acquiring services to airlines, shipping lines, general sales agents, and travel agents under merchant arrangements to realize sales proceeds in foreign currency. This authorization permits foreign nationals to use international debit, credit, or prepaid cards for online air and ship ticket purchases on e-commerce websites accessible via the internet. The instructions are effective immediately.
