S.R.O. 1330 (I)/2021.- Pursuant to sub-section (1) of section 10 of the Insurance Ordinance, 2000 (XXXIX of 2000) (hereinafter referred to as “the Ordinance”), a notice is hereby published that the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan, in exercise of its powers conferred under sub-section (1) of section 7 of the Ordinance, has registered ‘5 th Pillar Family Takaful Limited’ to carry on life insurance business as provided under clause (a) of sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Ordinance, with effect from October 4, 2021.
