NOTIFICATION

S.R.O. 1350(I)/2025.- In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section (1) of section 512 of the Companies Act, 2017 (XIX of 2017), the Securities & Exchange Commission of Pakistan hereby makes the following amendments to the Companies Regulations, 2024, the same having been previously published in the official gazette, vide S.R.O 1117(I)/2025 dated June 20, 2025, namely:-:-

AMENDMENTS

In the aforesaid regulations, in regulation 148, -

(1) in sub-regulation (1), -

(a) for clause (iii) the following shall be substituted, namely: -

“(iii) The Companies (Registration Offices) Regulations, 2018”; and

(b) after clause (viii), the following new clause (ix) shall be added, namely: -

“(ix) Companies (Easy Exist) Regulations, 2014.”;

(2) in sub-regulation (3), -

(a) after clause (vii), the following new clauses (viii) and (ix) shall be inserted, namely: -

“(viii) The Companies (Registration Offices) Regulations, 2018; and

(ix) Companies (Easy Exit) Regulations, 2014.”
