S.R.O. 1373(I)/2022 Amendments to the Seventh Schedule to the Companies Act, 2017

S.R.O.1373(I)/2022.- In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section (2) of section 507 of the Companies Act, 2017 (XIX of 2017), the Securities and Exchange Commission Pakistan is pleased to make the following alterations in the Seventh Schedule to the Companies Act, 2017 (XIX of 2017), namely: -

In the aforesaid Seventh Schedule, in Item No VI, for entries (1) to (5), the following shall be substituted, namely: - “
