NOTIFICATION

S.R.O.602(I)/2022.- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 507 of the Companies Act, 2017 (XIX of 2017), the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan is pleased to make the following alteration in the Third Schedule to the Companies Act, 2017, namely: -

In the aforesaid Schedule, -

1. in serial No. 2, in clause (a), in sub-clause (ii), for the expression “turnover of Rs. 1 billion or more” the expression “turnover greater than Rs.800 Million” shall be substituted;

2. in serial No. 3, -

(a) in clause (a), in sub-clause (ii), for the expression “turnover less than Rs1 billion” the expression “turnover upto Rs.800 million” shall be substituted; and

(b) in clause (b), in sub-clause (ii), for the expression “turnover greater than Rs. 100 million but less than Rs. 1 billion” the expression “turnover greater than Rs.150 million but not exceeding Rs.800 million” shall be substituted; and

3. in Serial No. 4, in clause (ii), for the expression “turnover not exceeding Rs.100 million” the expression “turnover not exceeding Rs.150 million” shall be substituted.
