SBP-DPB-FID-CIRCULAR-2026-0090 — Update and Administration of Contact Links and Authorized Users Before the Financial Analysis Unit and the Superintendence of Banks of Panama
Obligated subjects must validate, update, substitute, or revoke accesses and contacts registered before the Superintendence of Banks of Panama and the Financial Analysis Unit, informing immediately of any changes in designations, replacements, terminations, functions, institutional emails, or other relevant data. They must preserve the confidentiality and reserve of information exchanged with these authorities, maintaining internal controls that prevent unauthorized access, misuse, or disclosures contrary to current regulations. The General Manager must impart pertinent instructions to staff under their charge to comply with these requirements.
