SBP-DPC-EMT-CIRCULAR-2026-0087 — Update and administration of contact links and authorized users before the Financial Analysis Unit and the Superintendence of Banks of Panama
Obliged subjects must update contact links and authorized users before the Superintendence of Banks of Panama (SBP) and the Financial Analysis Unit (UAF). They must validate, update, substitute, or revoke accesses and contacts timely, informing immediately of changes in designations, replacements, terminations, functions, or institutional emails. Additionally, they must preserve the confidentiality and reserve of information exchanged with the SBP and UAF by maintaining internal controls to prevent unauthorized access or misuse.
