SBP-DPC-FACT-CIRCULAR-2026-0088 — Update and administration of contact links and authorized users before the Financial Analysis Unit and the Superintendence of Banks of Panama
Obligated subjects must maintain updated contact links, authorized users, and registered data before the Superintendence of Banks of Panama and the Financial Analysis Unit. Obligated subjects are required to validate, update, substitute, or revoke accesses and contacts timely, informing immediately of any changes in designations, replacements, disassociations, functions, or institutional emails. Additionally, subjects must preserve the confidentiality of information exchanged with these authorities by maintaining internal controls that prevent unauthorized access, misuse, or disclosures contrary to current regulations.
