SBP-DPC-LSN-CIRCULAR-2026-0091 — Update and administration of contact links and authorized users before the Financial Analysis Unit and the Superintendence of Banks of Panama
Obligated subjects must keep contact links, authorized users, and registered data updated before the Superintendence of Banks of Panama (SBP) and the Financial Analysis Unit (UAF). They must periodically review information for compliance links, officials, institutional contacts, and authorized users, and immediately inform any changes in designations, replacements, disconnections, functions, or institutional emails. Additionally, subjects must preserve the confidentiality of information exchanged with the SBP and UAF by maintaining internal controls to prevent unauthorized access, misuse, or disclosures contrary to regulations.
