Obligated subjects must maintain updated contact links, authorized users, and registered data with the Superintendence of Banks of Panama and the Financial Analysis Unit. Entities are required to periodically review information for compliance links and officers, immediately validating, updating, substituting, or revoking accesses upon any changes in designations, replacements, terminations, or contact details. Additionally, subjects must preserve the confidentiality of information exchanged with these authorities by maintaining internal controls to prevent unauthorized access, misuse, or disclosures contrary to current regulations.
