SBP-DR-CIRCULAR-2026-0082. — Adhesives for banks (Annex 1)
The Superintendencia de Bancos de Panamá initiates the replacement and distribution of new numbered adhesives for regulated banking entities. Banks must submit their establishment details via Annex 1 to receive the new stickers, which must be installed in visible locations on premises, while old adhesives must be returned within twenty business days. The circular revokes Circular No. 052-2008 and establishes specific placement and handling requirements for the new identifiers.
