SBS Resolution N° 2157-2020: Modifying the Regulation of the National Registry of Savings and Credit Cooperatives Not Authorized to Capture Resources from the Public and Centrals and Various Procedures in the SBS Administrative Procedures Text
Modifies the Regulation of the National Registry of Savings and Credit Cooperatives Not Authorized to Capture Resources from the Public and of the Centrals approved by Resolution SBS N° 4977-2018, substituting articles regarding registration obligations, requirements, procedures, exclusion cases, and information publication. Updates the Single Text of Administrative Procedures of the SBS by modifying Procedure N° 178 and incorporating Procedure N° 193 regarding statute approval and modification. A single transitional provision establishes specific requirements and deadlines for cooperatives currently in dissolution and liquidation processes before the Judicial Power to apply for registration in the Registry Coopac.
