SBS Resolution No. 1905-2022: Amending, Postponing Entry into Force of Various Modifications, and Substituting Annexes of the Regulation for the Consolidated Supervision of Financial and Mixed Conglomerates
The Superintendency of Banking, Insurance, and Private Pension Fund Administrators (SBS) amends the Regulation for the Consolidated Supervision of Financial and Mixed Conglomerates by substituting specific articles regarding consolidated equity calculation, the Financial Statements Consolidation Manual, and the Integrated Risk Management Manual. The resolution postpones the entry into force of three modifications related to consolidated equity calculations until January 1, 2023, and substitutes multiple annexes (Nos. 2, 2-A, 2-B, 3.1, 3.1-A, 3.1-B, 6, 6-A, 6-B, 7, 7-A, 7-B, 7.1, 7.1-A, 7.1-B, 8-B, 8-C, 8-D, and 14-A) which are published on the institutional portal. These changes apply to the supervised entities within financial and mixed conglomerates.
