SD Circular No. 02: Regarding time refixation of NBDC Return reporting
The Statistics Department of Bangladesh Bank revises the submission deadline for the Monthly Sector-wise Assets and Liabilities (MSALL) return for Non-Banking Development Companies (NBDCs) from the 20th to the 15th of the following month, effective from May 2023. NBDCs are required to submit these returns via the Bangladesh Bank's Online Data Entry System (ODES) and adhere to the 'Guidelines for MSALL Return Filing-1, 2 & 3'. Authorized officers must ensure timely and accurate reporting in compliance with Section 41(2) of the Non-Banking Financial Institutions Act, 1993.
