Second Resolution of Modifications to the General Fiscal Resolution for 2025 and its Annexes 1, 1-A and 9

Additionally, it establishes a procedure for taxpayers to apply for a fiscal stimulus under the Hydrocarbons Revenue Law and publishes updated Annexes 1, 1-A, and 9.
