The Securities and Exchange Commission issued a final rule correction to amend technical references in its Market Data Infrastructure regulations. This action specifically adds new Instruction 8.w. to § 242.600(b)(5) to update a cross-reference from paragraph (b)(4) to paragraph (b)(6). The correction ensures consistency with the modernized national market system rules adopted in December 2020.
