SFC Circular on Launch of Online Submission of Information under Section 110(1) of the SFO
The Securities and Futures Commission has launched an online submission system for Prescribed Information under section 110(1) of the Securities and Futures Ordinance via the SFC Online Portal. Issuers must register for an SFC Online Portal account and request a unique submission identification code by emailing CDCP@sfc.hk with their details and responsible personnel information. This electronic process replaces the previous paper-only requirement to improve submission efficiency and handling effectiveness.
