The Sustainable Finance Department of Bangladesh Bank mandates the submission of specific application forms and quarterly reports for refinancing under the Environment Friendly Products/Projects/Initiatives scheme. Annexure-3 provides four distinct data collection forms (Forms 1-4) tailored to specific product categories, including solar, biogas, waste management, and eco-friendly bricks, detailing required loan and project information. Annexure-4 establishes a quarterly reporting template for participating financial institutions to submit data on refinancing received, loan disbursement dates, amounts, and project types. Institutions must submit these reports between January 15, April 15, July 15, and October 15 of each year, or file a nil return if no refinancing was availed.
