SUBJECT: INFORMATION CAPTURE SYSTEM FOR HOUSING PRICE INDEX VERSION 2.01

Ladies and Gentlemen:

The Central Bank of Bolivia informs financial entities that a new version of the reference system will be available for download and implementation on the intranet of the Financial System Supervision Authority. Version 2.01 includes the following changes:

• Introduces the new field Concept Group (grupo_concepto) in which it is recorded whether the credit was granted for:
  • Housing mortgage credit (H)
  • Social interest housing credit (S)
• Adds information consistency validators, with the objective of improving the quality of information sent by entities (See Annex 1).
• Implements alerts so that additional verification of submitted information records is carried out, in cases where the price/m2 (field calculated by the system) is greater than $5,000.

The new version will be in effect starting March 9, 2015, and the February report must be sent in this format. Reports covering the period from February 2014 to January 2015 must be sent using this new version by March 31, 2015.
