The Central Bank of Bolivia (BCB) requires financial entities participating in the Integrated Payment Liquidation System (LIP) and connected to the ASOBAN network to verify system availability during contingency communication link tests scheduled for March 18, 2017, from 16:00 to 18:00. Participants must simulate communication failures between ASOBAN and the BCB's main site and report the results of their LIP system availability checks to pruebaslip@bcb.gob.bo.
